RELIGIOUS GHOST WRITER.
Author of 80 books and 200 articles wants to write a book for you!
Do you have a book to write? What do you want to write about? Would you like someone to do your writing for you?
I can be your ghostwriter, just send me the topic. However, it has to be religious with biblical references and I will do all the research. When the book or article is finished you copyright it in your name.
WHO IS A GHOST WRITER, AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
A ghostwriter is an author or writer who writes books for other people. Just like a surrogate mother would have a child for another woman. People who have the idea to write a book but do not have the time to do it, are just do not know how to do it, such person would employs the service of a ghostwriter to write a book for them. The person who pay to get the book written is a foster author. The truth is, now one know that he /she has not written the book themselves word, for word. Then copyrights and publishes the book in their own name. The foster author furnishes the main idea or story. In some cases he or she can make up the table of contents then deliver it to the writer. The ghostwriter does the research and the manuscript. If the book sells a million Copies or more, the ghostwriter gets none of the glory, only the intended fee.
HOW MY WRITING MINISTRY WAS STARTED.
I got saved at an early age. I started to write gospel tracts in Jamaica, West Indies and always used to hand out gospel tracts in the street. Gospel tracts that I got from "Grace & Truth" Gospel and Tract Distribution from the USA.
In those days something went wrong in Jamaica. I could not get the foreign exchange to send an offering as my custom was, so I began to write my own gospel tracts. Soon the gospel tracts became booklets because the tracts could not hold the information I wanted to write. Then the lord showed me that small books have more effect on it readers, because the readers could read it in one sitting. Today I specialize in writing booklets, thirty pages and forty-four pages the most. It costs less in Printing, and it gets to the point since it is not drawn out like the big books. My first book the typist charged me $3 per page to retype each page. The typesetters charged me $20 per page for typesetting. With my computer today the typesetting cost me nothing but time. If you are a popular person, and your books are not controversial, you could become rich from one book. I have received a calling from the Lord to write what I have seen and heard from him, so I am not in it for the money. However, I soon found out that I have to eat food, and wear clothing. That is why I become a ghostwriter. I take on subjects that many ministers are afraid to even talk about.
THERE ARE MANY FORMATS.
The ghostwriter can write the book as a co-author. This means the both persons name is on the copyright certification. If you do not have money but are sure that the book will be a hit, this is the way to go. The book is just your idea; the ghostwriter is the person that does the actual work.
(#3) FEE PLUS ROYALTIES.
"Fee plus royalties,” means the ghostwriter charges the person $20 US or more per hour or per page for doing the book. When the book is published, forever after, in any form, the ghostwriter gets a certain percent on each book. For my self, I charge $0.5 cents per copy. However, my name is not on the copyright certification. It is only in a contract. An author never stops working on a book until it is finished, even when I am in my bed, I am still working on a book. So by the hour or by the page is not really true. It is like preparing a sermon. A pastor never stops working on a sermon, until the day he/she preaches it.
(#4) A BARGAIN PRICE.
For a first time person who want to try his or her hand at having a copyright certification. We have a first time price. $2000 US for a booklet manuscript. I wrote the book for them, they copy write it in their own name. No contract. No royalties, this is only for the first book. This is the way to go.
$2000 IS NOTHING.
If you have 250 members in your church, by the time you print up 250 copies and sell them to the members for $12 each that is $3000. And you do not leave the boundary of your own church as yet. You make $1000. $500 for the cost of printing you still makes $500. It will never cost $500 to print up 250 copies. When I print my first booklet, 1000 copies only cost me $600. The second printing still cost me
less. The third printing cost me about $300. This is the way to go for a first time surrogate author. Remember a surrogate author is someone that employs a ghostwriter. The only thing is, no body knows that you did not actually write your book word-for-word on your own computer or typewriter, and I am bound by confidentiality.
THE BOOKLET’S SIZE.
The sizes vary. However, my best size is 7 X 4.25 inches (seven inches long, and four and a quarter inches wide.) The pages range from twenty five to forty four pages. If I do one hundred pages I always condense it to forty-four pages. My strategy is to use less pages and get the point across. This cuts the printing and mailing costs, while still getting the message across.
ARTICLES.
We also writes articles for people. Article such as gospel tracts. There are four pages gospel tracts, and six pages. No other form of evangelism win souls to Christ like gospel tract. Since recently, Christian web sites that publishes articles, like mine, begin to catch on. You copy writes that articles in your name, put your e-mail address and web sites URL on the gospel tracts. Plus a p.o box address. This is one of the way I call visitors to my web sites. When you print one thousand gospel tract on a 17X 11 pages of paper, you get four thousand. My printer charge me $120 US. That is 4000 visitors to the web sites in the first two months. You can easily sell your books on your web sites. If we wrote a gospel tracts for you, our fee for that article is $200 US. Your name remain on that article for the next frothy years. For you is the author of it.
COPYRIGHT.
If you work is not copy right, you could loose it to another person. In the book” How To Market You & Your Book” By Richard F. X.O’Connor. Page 67. “ Always remember this: Rights Belong To The author, the writer: The work, the book is his or her “intellectual property.”
THE POOR MAN’ COPYRIGHT.
If somebody tell you that their work is copyright, do not take it for granted, nor tell yourself that is it not copyright.
Copyright do not have to be expensive and time consuming. To “poor man copyright” your work, will only take about three days.
In the book” How To Market You & Your Book” By Richard F. X.O’Connor.

HOW TO POOR MAN’S COPYRIGHT
YOUR WORKS:
“As a temporary measure to protect your intellectual property, simply put on a sheet of paper a description of your book, it’s working title, and the copyright symbol, a small “c”
with a circle around it as in this example: © 1996 ( your name). Put this in an envelope and mail it to yourself… BUT DO NOT OPEN IT. When you receive the envelope. Keep it in a safe place like a safe deposit box. That’s it! An Agency Of The United States Government (The U.S Postal Service) has just “verified” your copyright by canceling the stamp on the envelope… and it was cancelled with a “date stamp” by the U.S agency. Should anyone infringe upon your copyright, before you have a chance to formally register your copyright with the Office Of Copyright, you can sue them. In court you would present your envelope to the judge who will take note of the” cancelled date” upon the envelope and verify the title and description…. And award you proper damages!”
